Profumi di macchia mediterranea, agrumati, al gusto è morbida con retrogusto piacevolmente sapido. Essendo prodotta in maniera artigianale e lavorando le botaniche in singole distillazioni può presentare se servito ghiacciato qualche opacità a causa della quantità elevata di oli essenziali al suo interno.
Ottima miscelata per preparare cocktails sia classici che signature; provatela in un vodka martini, in un vesper anche in una più semplice vodka tonic.
E’ molto piacevole anche come accompagnamento per pesci di difficile abbinamento enologico come acciughe, aringhe e caviale.

Mediterranean scrub scents, citrus, soft to the taste with a pleasantly savoury aftertaste. Being produced in an artisanal way and working the botanicals in single distillations, it may present some opacity if served iced due to the high quantity of essential oils inside it.
Excellent mixed to prepare both classic and signature cocktails; try it in a vodka martini, in a vesper even in a simpler vodka tonic.
It is also very pleasant as an accompaniment for fish that are difficult to pair with wine such as anchovies, herring and caviar.
