Profumi di macchia mediterranea con note balsamiche di ginepro, al palato è morbido e leggermente sapido per il tocco di acqua di mare che lo caratterizza.
Molto adatto in miscelazione avanzata, in un cocktail Martini dove le note di macchia mediterranea sono ben supportate dal tenore alcolico, in un gin tonic con una tonica secca per esaltarne i profumi e in tutte quelle preparazioni del bere miscelato dove il gin la fa da protagonista.
Essendo prodotto in maniera artigianale e lavorando le botaniche in singole distillazioni può presentare se servito ghiacciato qualche opacità a causa della quantità elevata di oli essenziali al suo interno che ne esaltano la qualità della materia prima e della lavorazione
